Instructions
✓ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
✓ Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
✓ In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. If using, add minced garlic, honey or maple syrup, red pepper flakes, nuts, and cheese to taste, and mix well.
✓ Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
✓ Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
✓ Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
