Instructions
✓ Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

✓ Combine chopped fruit, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir until the fruit is lightly coated.
✓ Whisk the egg in a small cup to create an egg wash.
✓ Place a spoonful of fruit mixture in the center of each pastry square.
✓ Fold opposite corners together to form a triangle, pressing edges gently to seal.
✓ Brush the top of each pastry with the egg wash.
✓ Arrange the pastries on a parchment‑lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
✓ Bake for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
✓ Remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
✓ Sift powdered sugar over the warm pastries for a delicate dusting.
✓ Plate the pastries on a serving platter, optionally adding a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of vanilla sauce.
