A refreshing and flavorful salad that combines sweet berries, tangy feta cheese, nutty pecans, and a sticky balsamic glaze.

  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

✓ 4 cups fresh spinach
✓ 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
✓ 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
✓ 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
✓ 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
✓ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

✓ Wash the spinach leaves and pat dry.

✓ In a large bowl, combine the spinach, mixed berries, and crumbled feta cheese.

✓ In a small saucepan, simmer balsamic glaze on low heat for about 10 minutes until thickened.

✓ Drizzle the warm balsamic glaze over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat.

✓ Add chopped pecans and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

The balsamic glaze should be drizzled over the salad just before serving as it thickens when exposed to air. Store any leftover ingredients separately in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
